They made the process straight forward, found us the best deals and made the paper work simple. They explained everything in detail. I didn't feel pressured to sign and get rushed out the door for the next person. Derek was very knowledgeable bout the programs and got us the best deal on a new vehicle. We were expecting a larger payment but he found us some deals and our payments are around the same as our last vehicle. I hope he is around in three years when we do this again. More

As everyone knows buying a car is a very stressful process in many ways, and finding the right thing for you is sometimes hard. I had just gotten past a really rough car buying experience with my last process in many ways, and finding the right thing for you is sometimes hard. I had just gotten past a really rough car buying experience with my last vehicle and dealership and was in desperate need to get into a new vehicle as quickly as I could, I travel a long distance for work. I was really nervous on who I could trust. Friends and family sent me to Heritage Toyota as they all had great experiences there. I was still very reserved about it, but I went and I am so glad I did! There Josh Cusino ( The Sales Manager who was also wonderful) introduced us to Derek Blood, he understood my reservations and listened to all of my concerns and worries. He helped figure out what I was looking for and answered all my questions no matter what time a day I texted him. He was so understanding working with my schedule and let me set all the appointments. He never forced me in anything I did not want, he wasnt concerened about the sale, he was concerened about what fit me and what I wanted and needed. My Grandmother and mother were also a part of this process and Derek took just as much care with them as he did with me and to me that says so much. I highly recommend this dealership and if you have the chance work with Derek Blood, you wont be sorry, im not. Heritage Toyota now has a customer for life!! I'd give 10 stars! More

I was debating on whether or not to keep my current tundra or get a new one so I went to see Chuck. I was also introduced to Josh a colleague of Chuck's during this deal. Chuck and Josh managed to bring so much value to the deal for me, there wasn't much of a decision to make after that. We decided to hold off and he was respectful of that. We came back a year later now wanting an SUV. He asked a lot of good questions and helped us identify the vehicle we wanted. We considered a new car - but he found us great value in a lightly used Highlander. He entertained us and our kids while we waited and waded through the process. We bought the car in 1 afternoon/evening. We are very happy so far and are on the schedule to get a great deal on snow tires. Josh helped us with financing and he was really nice and easy to work with. More
