AWESOME SERVICE I was very impressed with the people (Josh - Lennon) that helped me with my purchase and the service was great but this is my 4th Honda and have ALWAY I was very impressed with the people (Josh - Lennon) that helped me with my purchase and the service was great but this is my 4th Honda and have ALWAYS BEEN VERY HAPPY with Bianchi Honda and the way they have treated me. Great customer service in a difficult situation I had initially agreed to the lease of an 2018 Accord. After driving it for a weekend I found it very difficult to get in/out of the vehicle. That s I had initially agreed to the lease of an 2018 Accord. After driving it for a weekend I found it very difficult to get in/out of the vehicle. That said I returned to Josh Elliot and he along with Eric made it possible for me to trade into a 2019 CRV. Great customer service in a difficult situation. Josh, Eric and Lennon were very helpful. Love my new CRV! More
