The salesman Brian was very honest and got me a great deal. I drove it for a week and it’s exactly what I wanted. The only problem was the battery, it kept dying. Called service and Sarah took care of it immediately with a new battery. I am so happy with the promises they kept throughout the buying process. I have been buying cars for the last 45 years and to be honest it has never been something that I’ve enjoyed.That is,until I started coming to Bianchi I have been buying cars for the last 45 years and to be honest it has never been something that I’ve enjoyed.That is,until I started coming to Bianchi Honda and dealing with Josh Elliot. We just purchased our third Honda CR-V through Josh and once again he was friendly,knowledgeable,and trustworthy! I left feeling good instead of feeling like I was taken advantage of like I had been in the past. I’ll give you an example of why I like Bianchi Honda. I took my old CR-V in for an oil change and tire rotation a few weeks ago and the service department rep came out afterwards and said my vehicle was ready but they didn’t feel the tires needed rotated so they just did the oil change! I mean, who does that! Most places would try and get every nickel out of you! I highly recommend Bianchi Honda and Josh Elliot!! More
