First class facility and personnel. This is my second purchase from Audi Fort Myers. My first ever Audi was a 2015 Q7 from their previous location. That purchase made me an Audi fan. A couple of years ago they built a brand new state of the art facility. I just traded my 2015 Q7 for a 2018 Q7 Prestige. Sal Schillaci has been my service advisor since day one. I have bought a lot of luxury vehicles from different dealerships and I have never had better service. Sal always went above and beyond. Part of my negotiations was making sure that Sal was going to continue as my service advisor.Taylor Marshall was my sales advisor and I found him to be refreshingly honest and straight forward. He was very knowledgeable about Audi's products. After my choices of a new Audi was established Taylor kept me up to date with arrivals that matched my criteria and we consummated a transaction.
