Friendly, professional, not pushy I leased a 2015 CRV, which I brought in for service. They are always courteous, can answer all questions and concerns. My lease was to run out in Au I leased a 2015 CRV, which I brought in for service. They are always courteous, can answer all questions and concerns. My lease was to run out in August, so while waiting for service this time I went to the showroom to look at the new models. Dylan, my salesman, was with another customer, so Steven had me come over to his desk. He talked with me and found out I could lease a 2018 now. When Dylan was available, he finished up mybdeal, and I drove out with a new HRV. I couldn't be happier! I have been extremely happy with Allan Nott sales and service. Everyone is very friendly, courteous and helpful. I have never felt pressured. I look forward to doing business there again. More

Always leaving with a smile I’ve been coming to this dealership since 2009 when I bought my first car. I just got my third last night and I’m always blown away by how I’m treated I’ve been coming to this dealership since 2009 when I bought my first car. I just got my third last night and I’m always blown away by how I’m treated. The customer service here goes above and beyond and I always look forward to coming in to see my favorite sales team in town. Tom and Josh took care of me for my last car and they made sure to take care of me this time as well! They are extremely enjoyable to work with and do what they can to make everything a smooth transition and that all bases are covered. Also, Brodey made sure I had everything I wanted in my new car and I had made 3 requests for my car before I came to pick it up and he made sure of it to get them done. I’m always satisfied when I come to the dealership whether it’s for service or inquiring about a car. They’re just an extended family at this point! More

Buying a new car was the furthest thing from my mind I was at the dealership to simply to get my 5000 mile service. Problem is, I took my wife. She said, "I'm going up to look at cars. I said OK but w I was at the dealership to simply to get my 5000 mile service. Problem is, I took my wife. She said, "I'm going up to look at cars. I said OK but we aren't buying one, and oh, by the way, if they have a Camry/hybrid on the floor, let me know. Well in about 2 mins, no more, here she comes with George, the sales person. Bottom line, I bought the car, which, by the way we love. Traded in the 2014 Prius V which I also loved, but this car is much better in so many ways. This is my second car purchased at Allen Nott's, but my father and sister have been customers for many years. I appreciate how friendly everyone and efficient every one was in this buying process. Amazing Team! The team at Allan Nott go above and beyond to make sure they have a satisfied customer. Unlike most dealerships, I did not feel pressured or feel like The team at Allan Nott go above and beyond to make sure they have a satisfied customer. Unlike most dealerships, I did not feel pressured or feel like I was not being told the whole truth. Josh, the finance guy explained everything in the simplest way and was straight to the point. The salesman, Chris, was very new, but he ran around finding answers for everything. Last, but not least, Kyle from the delivery team was great. He made sure I knew exactly where everything was on the new vehicle and was comfortable in it...plus he’s from Mass! Go Sox! More
