I was born and raised here in Lima. I Graduated from Shawnee High School in 1996. My beautiful wife, Shannon, and two wonderful kids still live in the Shawnee area. I started with Allan Nott in 2001. Oil Change and Tire Rotation The reception commencing with delivery of the vehicle and subsequent discussion with the service department representative was professional and cordia The reception commencing with delivery of the vehicle and subsequent discussion with the service department representative was professional and cordial. I waited for the vehicle in the reception area where I was offered and drank coffee and read the USA Today. In general the interaction between dealership folks and customers created a pleasing distraction foe me. In the short time I had to wait I also visited John and Josh Gould, having done business with both salesmen over the years. The service department representative took time to explain the results of the inspections and service work done on the vehicle. The overall experience was a good one. More

No pressure to buy. Got exactly what I asked for. I went in several times & talked to the sales person. There was never any pressure to buy. He got me exactly what I asked for. I had ordered a few extras that needed to be added. I had another appointment that afternoon & they got me in & out in a very short time. I was very pleased & impressed with the service I received. I was also very impressed with the professionalism of all I had contact with. I would HIGHLY recommend buying from this dealership. I had bought a used vehicle from them several years back & got the same professionalism at that time. This is why I went back to them to buy again. More

Amazing!! I have bought a Honda in the pass from Voss Honda in Tipp City, but Allan Nott was an amazing experience. Buying my new 2017 Honda was so simple.
