He explained everything to us and never made us feel as if we were an inconvenience! He worked with the banks to make sure we were getting the best interest rate. Very proactive and impressed with Adam! Josh was our salesman and was very prompt in getting us in our explorer. If Josh didn't know the answer to one of our questions, he would investigate and get back to us in a timely manner. There were 4 explorers on the lot at the time of purchasing ours and Josh was adamant to show us the one with the lowest mileage that was affordable for us. Josh was very knowledagble and made sure we were aware of the FREE car washes that come with buying a car from BMW. Very impressed with the team all around. No vultures (pushy people) at BMW, nothing but quality service! More

Let me just said honesty, respect, and kindness don’t even come close to what Josh showed us while we were there. He didn’t push anything on me, instead respectfully listen to what I wanted in a car and gave me suggestions with pros AND cons. No BS, he is a straight forward guy, and he knows what he is doing! He helped me find my perfect car. He was just doing it to get money. I truly felt like josh wanted me to get my dream car more than I did, I explained my history with bad luck cars and he really did just want to help find me a good reliable AWESOME car. 10/10 would buy a car from him above anyone else! The first thing I told Josh was that I use to sell cars for Machens and I didn't want him constantly calling or texting me. I gave him my number he told me he would text me his name and phone number for future communications about the RAV4. I talked to Josh a few days later to see if he could drop off the vehicle to get checked out buy a second mechanic shop he said no problem and he dropped it off the next morning he was never pushy. We all got together Saturday talked about the different options and pricing and came to agreement and my daughter traded in her old RAV4 for newer model. Not all salesman are created equal that could be said for dealerships also. Everyone was real friendly and smiling and it seems like a very relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Josh and this dealership for future purchases More

Great experience First let me say, I live in Kentucky. When trying to locate a specific car with specific packages, you have to jump when you find “the one”. From start to finish, Columbia of BMW and our sales person Josh, were great. Even at the very end when we had an unexpected mishap with our trade in while driving to pick up our new car. They were exceptional. No stress, I felt in control the whole time which is unusual when buying a car. Great customer service. Not pretentious at all (unlike some other BMW dealerships I have had the pleasure of doing business with). Just kind and friendly. More

Small town feel. I checked the used inventory on their website and found the truck. Went to the dealership that evening and got introduced to the salesman Josh and we went over the truck and went on a test drive I was very impressed with Josh he didn’t push me into anything. The truck clean and updated. The rest of the team at BMW was great Steve Veros gave me a great deal on my trade in and the financial manager Grant was great to work with and got me a deal that worked for me!!! I highly recommend this dealer for anything if it’s new or used they are great to work with and will work to get you the best deal! More
