Josh was knowledgeable, but even more important...he listened and genuinely cared. Not once did he try to up-sell us or put us into something HE thought we should buy. Josh knew our budget and worked diligently to find us the perfect match. What was so impressive to us was that EVERYONE at this dealership has the same approach of taking care of their customers. We came in late one evening and Josh, Russ & Grant not once looked at their watches to "hurry us along". Who knew buying a car could be so much fun! More

Purchasing used 2014 M235i I came into the dealership thinking that I wanted a used M235i but they did not have the car I wanted on the lot. Josh was very helpful in searching I came into the dealership thinking that I wanted a used M235i but they did not have the car I wanted on the lot. Josh was very helpful in searching for cars that matched my desires and providing me with pictures and information. He also set up a test drive with a similar car (M235i convertible) so I could make sure I like how the model drives. He very quickly found a few cars that matched my request and I chose one that I wanted. They purchased the car, checked it out in the service department and had me come in for a test drive. Since the car was in great shape (exactly as advertised) we went forward with the purchase and signed all the paper work. Josh made the entire process painless and easy. More

Josh Grantham exceeded my expectations of a car salesperson. He not only found me one, but 3 options and then suggested I not buy the one I wanted originally because it had a shifty service history. He really wanted me to have the right vehicle for me and my kids because i do travel a frequently. I am glad I listened to his suggestions and purchased the car I have now. I have sent friends and family members to him even though we are a few hours away from his dealership. My referrals who have bought from him always brag about what a pleasant experience it was to take delivery at BMW of Columbia with Josh.
