Josh was great and made the transaction quick and painless. I got exactly what I wanted for a trade in price wise and he got me in the price range I needed to be in. The reason it was four stars and painless. I got exactly what I wanted for a trade in price wise and he got me in the price range I needed to be in. The reason it was four stars and not five is for the following reasons: I was told that the oil was just changed, but when I checked the life AFTER the purchase was concluded, it stated the life of the oil had 71% remaining. I’m giving the benefit of the doubt on this one that it was change but the timer wasn’t reset. Either way, not a huge deal. I was told there would be a full tank of gas and there wasn’t. $50 worth of gas and we’re good. Not a huge deal. This is the biggest reason though. I live in Massachusetts. In order to get a sticker, the e-brake needs to function and stop the truck from moving, which I realized AFTER the sale was complete that the e-brake doesn’t work. I called Josh and he mentioned that he would be sending a mobile service unit to repair the e-brake, which is awesome since I didn’t know those were a thing! So due to the e-brake, they get 4 stars, but one the issue is fixed, the review will go up to 5 stars. I highly recommend DePaula Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! More
