With the help of the General Manager (also very Professional, Knowledgeable and pleasant to work with)we reached a fair trade allowance and the fair price of the New Vehicle (even when I lost my cool a couple of times they maintained their Professionalism, thank you for that). The Finance Manager James continued the great service, being Professional, Knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, he was flexible and we negotiated a price for the extra’s we both could live with. I am sure that working with the Service Manager will be equally without any problems. I have owned 98 vehicles before this new truck and I have dealt with many different Dealerships good, bad and ugly Lol. So trust me when I tell you being from NY originally, if you are serious about buying a new Ford this should be your first choice.
