I recently purchased a new Kia Rio hatchback from Lou Fusz Kia. The entire experience was incredibly positive from start to finish. From the internet salesperson, Josh, who helped me set up a test drive, Fusz Kia. The entire experience was incredibly positive from start to finish. From the internet salesperson, Josh, who helped me set up a test drive, to my actual sales person, Larry, who was incredibly helpful during the whole process and showed me how to use all the cool technology in my new car, to Joe, the finance manager, who took the time to explain all my options, but did not pressure me into anything extra. They really do treat their customers like family and this is why I will continue to give my business to the Lou Fusz family of dealerships. More

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! I could have went to any KIA Dealership in Illinois. They were all calling, texting and emailing me. The reason I chose Lou Fusz KIA was because of th I could have went to any KIA Dealership in Illinois. They were all calling, texting and emailing me. The reason I chose Lou Fusz KIA was because of the relationship that had grown over a yr and half with Josh on the internet and phone. But it turned out I would not be dealing with Josh. If I had known that I would not have drove 140 miles to buy a Kia Sportage. After I got there, and what a horrendous trip it was..., I found out I would be dealing with Kris Portnoy. And I read people,so I could tell just by his body language when he saw I was a large woman on oxygen that he had no intention of showing me any other vehicle except the one I told Josh I was interested in (If I was some cute little sexy thing , he would have been falling all over himself to give me a better deal!). A 2017 black KIA Sportage with 21,000 miles on it. And right from the start I believed the car was overpriced for a used vehicle that was already 3 years old. I had down my homework and had also wanted to look at 2 GMC Terrains and 2 Kia Niro's , and another Sportage. I showed Kris my list of cars..., He just ignored it. The 2017 Sportage was priced at over 20,790.00. I made it very clear to Kris, all I had to spend was $20,000. CASH, walking out the door. He didn't like that at all! His body language and tone.., He had to keep control of the sale! So he pretended to go in and talk to the sales manager..., I know how that little game is played!!! Go in the locked room so the customer can't hear you or follow you in there, and pretend like you're trying to get the customer a better deal, while all along you are just shooting the bull. And then to add insult to injury, , I knew my car was worth $1900.00 and he told me it wasn't even worth five hundred, but they will be nice and give m e $1000.00 for it. But I know they will turn around and sell it for $3995.00 on another lot. Since I didn't want to pay 21,367.03 for a used car, Kris then thought he was going to dissuade me by trying to sell me a 2020 Sportage for $28,000.00 !!! REALLY ??? If I don't want to pay 21,367.00 why would I want to pay $28,000? When I told Kris I would like to see the Niro's on my list, he said you want to see a Niro? There is one right over there... and pointed towards a new car on the dealership floor! No, I never got to see the Niro's or Terrains. At this point, I thought about getting up and just walking out, but it was such a horrendous trip, with traffic and 2 accidents on I-70 and getting lost , that I thought either I get up and walk out and take my 2008 Kia Sportage back home and keep it for a little while longer or I just bite the bullet and buy the 2017 Kia Sportage, even though it left a very sour taste in my mouth and I definitely did not like the way I was treated, and I definitely did not want to pay a $28,000.00 car loan at 61 yrs old. And yes, I had two other woman friends that came with me, and did not like the way I was being treated either. And my one friend was going to buy a 2020 Chevy Equinox from Lou Fusz Chevy. But after the way I was treated, she decided to deal with Marion Chevy in Marion, Illinois. So I bought the 2017 KIa Sportage for 21,367.00 and was mad at myself all the way back to Benton, Illinois for doing so, because I caved!!! And yes I am smarter than that! And to be quite honest, I have talked to my attorney and he told me, which I already knew and have also read, that I have 3 days to change my mind and bring the car back... which I am contemplating.... Oh and by the way..., nothing was shown to me or explained to me about the car. So if I decided not to take it back, I will have to figure out all the instrument panels by myself. Let's just say, I will never ever by another vehicle from Lou Fusz KIA. The next time I by a new vehicle, I will stay in my own back yard, no matter how nice the internet guy is..., because that's all he is, is the "internet" sales pitch guy! So insultiveness, rudeness, coldness, and a very unpleasant experience. And when they tell you they are going to talk to the sales manager to get you a better deal or knock a few bucks off the price..., they are full of it!!! And then they send you to the finance girl, and although you are already paying more than you wanted to, the finance girl tries to sell you packages of extras adding up to $8,000. !!! Really! Really???? More
