Great staff. Explains everything giving recommendations for next time. However I made an appointment for 1:30 and it took an hour for an oil change. I brought my F150 in because the ABS and brake warning light lit up on the dash. I was told that their mechanics did not have the proper equipment to check out my problems due to the age of my truck. Th light lit up on the dash. I was told that their mechanics did not have the proper equipment to check out my problems due to the age of my truck. They suggested I take it to another mechanic to find out what was wrong. I thought it was strange a Ford dealer was not able to check out a Ford truck but left and went to another mechanic. He lifted the hood, saw the master cylinder was low, added fluid and started the engine and the lights went out. Total time to solve the problem was less than 5 min. More
