Diego has been very helpful in walking us through and answering all the questions we have about our new car. The dealership has also shown a willingness to correct certain cosmetic deficiencies we noted answering all the questions we have about our new car. The dealership has also shown a willingness to correct certain cosmetic deficiencies we noted on the exterior on the vehicle and we hope they will be corrected. Overall, the purchase process was a pleasure. We did not feel pressured to buy additional options that we did not want nor need. We look forward to working with the Service department to maintain our vehicle. We are hoping to soon have the Navigation chip that we paid over $400.00 for, because the Parts Department did not have the proper one in stock. We would have liked to have seen a little more flexibility in the pricing of that part. The dealership should have in stock a part like that and not take your payment before it is installed and it’s proper operation is confirmed. More

I actually travel 33 miles to come to Capo Mazda to get my car serviced because I know they respect me and my time and would never try to push additional services on me that aren't necessary.
