Routine service on my Scion xB. Staff is very helpful and attentive as usual, reception area and service drive clean and inviting. Love the automatic alignment and tire checking systems! The service department helped my family out quite a bit. We are from Cleveland and my daughter goes to OWU and had an issue with her car. When they did my oil change they didn’t put the cap on and oil leaked out. Luckily my dad noticed this. Then had to wait longer with nothing given to me for the inconvenience. and oil leaked out.
