Promised repairs delayed. Was charged a diagnosis fee when instructed, in advance, as to what required repair. I’d rather drive up to the Ford dealer in St. A or Daytona than deal with a service department that acts like the customer is an inconvenience. More

Typical response and shameful. Even after a diagnosis you think my front bearings are bad. If you read my email, you’ll see that I had the front bearings done twice within the last year and a half. What you’re saying is “we don’t know what’s wrong.” I will NEVER take my vehicle to your dealership, or will I recommend you to anyone. Stick to what you do marginally best. Oil changes. Disgraceful
