I was in town for a wedding, when I got a strange error message on my 2017 Ford Explorer while driving down I95. I was panicked as I was alone, and my husband was 200 miles away. As soon as I walked in, the staff was so helpful and reassuring. They had my car fixed and me out of there in less than 45 minutes. Another man in the waiting room told me that he had purchased at least 12 cars from this dealership and dealt with the service team many times, and that they are absolutely top notch.
