I’ve purchased 13 new vehicles from Mac Haik Chevy over the last ten years it’s safe to say they are an impersonal machine that absolutely doesn’t care about their customers, just feedback ratings. This dealership will screw you any way possible. I was told they couldn’t finance at the 1.9% APR without removing $2,000 of the GM rebates from the final price. After going back and forth the new c I was told they couldn’t finance at the 1.9% APR without removing $2,000 of the GM rebates from the final price. After going back and forth the new car manager only removed $1,000 dollars claiming he’ll “eat the rest of the cost”. After trading in my vehicle, I see it listed the following day for $17,000 more than what I was given for it. Talk about being robbed. I reached out to the general manager Josh Potts via email and gave him feedback on my experience. I have yet to hear back, and probably won’t. I will say that I did have a positive experience with my sales associate. Other than that there is nothing else positive to say. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, take your business elsewhere. More
