SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND UPPER MANAGEMENT ARE A BUNCH OF CLOWN For 4 months I had no answers only excuses on my paperwork and title getting to me. Caused me late fees, tax penalties, harrassed by dmv and law enf For 4 months I had no answers only excuses on my paperwork and title getting to me. Caused me late fees, tax penalties, harrassed by dmv and law enforcement! It's like here's your new car oh well, dont bother us!!! Then my first service appt. Feb 8th was the last straw!! The service dept. and upper MANAGEMENT at NWA Toyota are ran by a bunch of DISRESPECTFUL, unprofessional clowns with excuses for their actions. Being a customer and a USMC VETERAN they have disrespected me in every way possible and I will not tolerate that from any person on this earth!! Especially the general manager who had enough nerve to say well I have to investigate problem to see if it's your fault or us!!! YOUR A PUNK FOR SAYING ANYTHING LIKE THAT, YOUR FAST MOUTH SHOULD HAVE A FING BOOT PUT IN IT!!!! And folks, this idiot called back tracking and fast talking saying well our video shows you were here and it's our fault blahs blahs blah!!!! WELL TO LATE TO NOT BE AN xxxxx!!!!! ALL THE GAS AND TIME WAS WASTED WITH THESE 100% DISRESPECTFUL xxxxxx, I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!!!! More

Bad experience This is the 3rd vehicle purchased from this location never had any problems with service or sales, but this last visit on 01-30-2019 was a different e This is the 3rd vehicle purchased from this location never had any problems with service or sales, but this last visit on 01-30-2019 was a different experience. It was my 10,000 mile service on my 2018 Tacoma, oil change tires rotated. When they completed the service the man who drove it around stated that something wasn't right with the truck so they took it back and put it back on the lift and tighten up the lug nuts so he said. The truck was returned to me and my son and I left the dealership, once on the interstate the trucks frontend felt as if it was floating and all over the road I got off the exit down from the dealership and as I was getting back on the interstate to return to the dealership because I knew something wasn't right a car behind me honked its horn and pointed a my rear tire. I pulled over on the on ramp and found that my rear driver side tire was missing 3 lug nuts and was barely holding on. Sitting on the side of the interstate I Called the service department and informed the girl answering the phone that I was on the side of the interstate with my tire falling off. Iwas on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up called back and a total of about 20 minutes on hold trying to get someone finally spoke to someone and said the technician would be on the way. It was approximately 40 minutes before he arrived keep in mind that was less than a mile from the dealership. Almost an hour has passed before the technician arrived. He put the lug nuts on and followed me back to the dealership. I understand that mistakes happen but after checking it twice it they should have caught that the lugnuts were not tight and the answering and phone process was not efficient it should not have been that hard for someone to answer a phone in a situation like that. The situation could have been a lot worse but thank goodness it was not. After returning to the dealership they said they would go back over the vehicle and check everything out in the morning and gave me a loner vehicle to take home. More
