As a consumer, it’s never easy buying a car. It’s especially true of a car like the Toyota Grand Highlander that’s in high demand. Josh did a great job navigating us through the process. Found a brand new Corolla online at Ventura Toyota for the price of the used Corolla I almost purchased at the other dealership. No markup, no hidden fees, no extras that you don’t want. Ventura Toyota did not have the car I wanted so they called another dealership who did and traded one of their cars to get mine. The car came in less than 24 hours. Paid MSRP plus tax. They even gave me a better loan rate than the other dealership. I highly recommend this dealership for their honesty and timeliness. More

If you are heading to Ventura Toyota, you need to ask for Josh. Upgrading from my 2014 Tacoma, I knew exactly what I wanted, but it wasn't an easy configuration to find: a 2026 Tundra SR5 with the 6.5' bed a Josh. Upgrading from my 2014 Tacoma, I knew exactly what I wanted, but it wasn't an easy configuration to find: a 2026 Tundra SR5 with the 6.5' bed and the TRD package. Instead of trying to push me into something on the lot, Josh put in the time and effort to help me custom build exactly what I needed. He was incredibly patient, super helpful, and kept me constantly updated as the truck went through the entire build process. It is rare to find someone willing to go the extra mile for a hard-to-get model, but Josh nailed it. Highly recommend! More
