My husband and I drive 2+ hours to purchase a 2026 Toyota Camry XSE from Ventura Toyota. Jim really worked hard to make sure we got a fair price that worked within our budget for the car we wanted. Anna in financing was also very professional and absolutely delightful to work with, she did a great job explaining all the "terms of agreement" with us and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. From staying late on a Friday night when I came to test drive in the rain, and ultimately purchase my Sienna, so patiently walking me through everything, including how to unlock my credit, to then staying late the next night when I was running late to bring my trade-in to the dealership during a huge rain storm, to helping me get a CD I had left in my old car, and answering every single question I had in-between. This is the kind of service that creates repeat customers. I will never buy from another dealership.
