I had two great purchase experiences at Ventura Toyota and want to give special recognition to Anna Nathan for her outstanding service. Anna quickly took ownership of my request to cancel a Toyota Certif and want to give special recognition to Anna Nathan for her outstanding service. Anna quickly took ownership of my request to cancel a Toyota Certified Vehicle Service Agreement on a 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross L trade-in. She explained my options, processed the cancellation right away, and confirmed that I would receive a full $4,470 refund within 3–4 business days. Her communication was clear, professional, and very reassuring. Anna made what could have been a stressful experience easy and positive. I truly appreciate her professionalism and highly recommend Ventura Toyota. Five stars! More

My husband and I drive 2+ hours to purchase a 2026 Toyota Camry XSE from Ventura Toyota. Upon arriving the Sales Manager made sure to greet us which was nice since most times they work more behind the scenes Camry XSE from Ventura Toyota. Upon arriving the Sales Manager made sure to greet us which was nice since most times they work more behind the scenes. We had the pleasure of working with Jim from sales who was not only professional but friendly as well. Jim really worked hard to make sure we got a fair price that worked within our budget for the car we wanted. Anna in financing was also very professional and absolutely delightful to work with, she did a great job explaining all the "terms of agreement" with us and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. As a whole the dealership really checked off all the boxes for us during our car buying experience. Everyone was very professional and personable and definitely worked as a team to ensure customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends. More
