I had a very pleasant experience with the Crews Subaru team. The majority of my shopping was done online so my initial correspondence was with Linda Breedlove. She was very helpful, answered all of my questions and reserved my 2022 Outback Limited for me. I was able to pick up my car yesterday and I was very appreciative that Joshua Stringer took the time to explain each and every document that I had to sign. He also took the time to explain the warranty packages and gave me time to review them with no pressure to buy. Last but not least was Aaron Klatt who walked me through all of the features on my car and demonstrated how to use the controls. I can’t say that I will remember everything but he assured me that he is only a phone call away if I needed help or had any questions. This is my first Subaru and I have only owned it for one day but so far I have had nothing but positive experiences with the Crews Subaru team. More

We purchased our 22 Outback from Jim Gerow It was a very good buying experience. When I called to inquire about inventory I spoke with Linda and she told me they had some coming in and she would contact me good buying experience. To my surprise (as many companies promise things and don't deliver) she called the day the cars arrived so that we could come to see if they would be what we wanted. She is not a sales person, so Jim helped us. A team effort, everyone was pleasant and spoke to us, offered to help if we needed anything. Impressive. Josh Stringer in finance was fun and made what can be the worst part of purchasing a car a relaxed and pleasant experience. We have never purchased from Crews Subaru and never owned a Subaru but if the service department is anything like the sales department then it too will be a pleasant experience. More
