We recently purchaced our second vehicle from Heritage Mazda of Bel Air. Our salesman for both purchases was Anthony Harris and his manager is Josh Wolf. Neither of these gentlemen acted in a manner th Mazda of Bel Air. Our salesman for both purchases was Anthony Harris and his manager is Josh Wolf. Neither of these gentlemen acted in a manner that we expected. They were much better! A lot of people are very quick to complain when they feel like they were treated badly on a transaction. A lot of those same people don't go in the other direction though when they are treated above and beyond what they were expecting. That's a little unfair we think. Both Anthony and Josh went out of their way to help us. We feel that their prices were fair on both purchaces and the trade in as well. The finance people, Cristos on the first vehicle and Cassandra on the recent one, were also both very helpful. We have no way of knowing if Heritage Mazda or MileOne will have what we might be looking for next time. We do know however, that we would certainly start our search there next time. Both Anthony and another manager, George, followed up with us after each purchace to see how we were doing.
