He listened - let me tell him my entire story and never pushed me. I wanted to work the numbers before picking the car - he followed how it felt best for me to do it, and that was everything to me. His manager, Edward, was kind, transparent, and patient as my scenario was not straightforward. Josh in financing was very thorough and walked me through everything in clear, easy-to-understand language. The car needed a new battery because it had been sitting on the lot for a bit, and that was taken care of immediately. I didn't set out to purchase a newer-to-me car, but my car had broken down the day before, which set this in motion. I was not overly prepared for the purchase, and Villages Subaru helped me walk through it with integrity and kindness. More
