I have gone in several times to figure out what the root of the problem is for my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta and to no hope or light in sight it’s still a problem. Terrible communication, terrible customer service. You guys have seriously put a sour taste in my mouth along with a decent size debt. I will never buy another Volkswagen. Ever. Thanks.

Now wants me to have it towed again and pay another inspection fee. Like bait and switch. they didn’t bother to find the real reason it wasn’t starting in the first visit. Told me they don’t “work for free” I should have said I don’t “pay money for free”. Bad business
