Once again Tavon and Joshua took great care of us when it came to my daughter purchasing her first vehicle. Tavon made sure that the vehicle my daughter thought she wanted was available and waiting for her came to my daughter purchasing her first vehicle. Tavon made sure that the vehicle my daughter thought she wanted was available and waiting for her at their location and when he noticed that some of the features she wanted weren’t available on it he suggested another vehicle in her price range and didn’t pressure her into getting the 2nd option which she ultimately ended up picking the 2nd option. Tavon is a great salesperson who we have worked with on both of our car purchases. Joshua Jones is the best finance manager I have ever dealt with and it was nice to know that he recognized and remembered me from 2 years ago. He took excellent care of my daughter and even got her a better interest rate then what she had received from her credit union. He always looks out for customers and goes above and beyond to assist in whatever way he can. He even helped me out with a matter concerning my recent service visit. Even though I live 75 miles from Heritage Subaru of Owings Mills their great customer service makes the trip well worth it. I can honestly say outside of buying my first car years and years ago working with this dealership has been one of the best experiences I have had in these last 2 years with car buying.. More
