Josh made sure I knew how to use the features of the car and was available for questions after the sale Will in the business finance office was a pleasure to work with as well. I was in a car accident where my car was totaled. I needed a new car asap and found Mazda of palm beach. I was assigned to Josh but when I arrived he was currently working with a customer. He passe I needed a new car asap and found Mazda of palm beach. I was assigned to Josh but when I arrived he was currently working with a customer. He passed the baton to rob. I explained my situation which was less then ideal. Rob told me “ok this is our plan, let work it backwards” long story short they both tag teamed my deal and got me approved with less down then I was expecting. I was driving home in my car that night. They where also kind enough to store my rental for the weekend tell I could get a ride back to pick it up. They took a very stressful day and made it all work efficiently. I have nothing but great things to say about them and the whole staff they where amazing and will be back when it is time to upgrade! More
