I had the greatest sales person. Her name is 😇Savanna. However, when I went in to get the price for the 2023 Lexus RX 350 the finance department wants to play games. I still don’t know the price of the new Lexis and I had already given all the specifications for the new vehicle to 😇Savanna. However, it is three weeks and I still don’t know the price of the new vehicle I will not be purchasing a new 2023 Lexus RX 350 although I like the car I own the 2016 Lexus are 350 currently I’m going to purchase a new Luxury SUV with a different car dealership. I think that their behavior is very unprofessional and this is not the first time they play games with me a minority woman. I was simply going to bring in a check from my bank like I did on the last purchase I don’t need to finance, but I cannot deal with the constant despair treatment between minorities and white clients , I find it offensive Dr. Kia Smith More

I am a long time Lexus/Toyota customer, always had very good service. My experience with Lexus of Henderson was the BEST, everyone was very nice and helpful, but Savana was AWESOME.
