My filter was installed improperly. It sprayed oil all over the inside of my engine compartment, underneath my car and up the back end. After repeated unreturned calls, I got a ride to the dealership where they agreed to tow my vehicle and fix the filter which they did but left my car a mess. They only wiped the cover inside the engine compartment and nothing else. The insulation pad on the roof of the engine compartment absorbed the oil like a sponge and it still stinks, the vehicle continued to leave oil drips on my garage floor for days and the back of my car is still sticky and covered in oil. I played phone tag for a couple days with the manager to resolve and then never heard back. More

The dude at the counter went to the bathroom for over 30 minutes. I waited with my 4 year old and then had to have him paged. Then when I went back he told me I needed to wait since they were understaffed. minutes. I waited with my 4 year old and then had to have him paged. So waited for another 20 minutes for him to give me my keys and to get out of there. I would use another Hyundai if I could because that dude was all about excuses as to why he couldn’t get me in and out. I was the only one in the waiting area both times. More
