I had the word service experience. I scheduled the appointment to wait at the dealership for my car. When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t because it wouldn’t take all day. I live in e I scheduled the appointment to wait at the dealership for my car. When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t because it wouldn’t take all day. I live in eagle river so I was stranded in anchorage for 8.5 hours for a tire change and whelk alignment. They did not do the recalls or change the air filter as I had asked so I need to go back. Joshua was rude and insensitive. He lost track of time, so that my vehicle took even longer and had it worked on last even though it was not the last car to be brought in. I called the dealership to talk about this experience with the manager and I have not heard back from him yet. More

Not one person has returned my texts and numerous phone messages to set up appointments. I had to physically go in to do so. I live 4 hours away. This has been on going for the past year. Quality of service has really gone down here. I’ve been a customer for 4 years and it’s impossible to reach anyone by phone. I had to leave my car there overnight because they didn’t finish my ti I’ve been a customer for 4 years and it’s impossible to reach anyone by phone. I had to leave my car there overnight because they didn’t finish my tire change over service. I’ve never had issues with getting services done in a reasonable time frame but these last two times I’ve waited and waited with no update. This last time I didn’t hear from anyone until an hour until closing. More

Had a 9am appt for an alignment and a warranty part to be replaced. Made it known I work and live in Eagle River so to possibly have it done early. Call in about 3:30p on my way in to let them know I was co replaced. Made it known I work and live in Eagle River so to possibly have it done early. Call in about 3:30p on my way in to let them know I was coming as that was the ride I could get. I made sure they knew I was there when I arrived about 3:50pm. Didn’t get my car til just before closing. And 25 miles had been put on my car when I got it back. More
