I had the word service experience. I scheduled the appointment to wait at the dealership for my car. When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t because it wouldn’t take all day. I live in eagle river so I was stranded in anchorage for 8.5 hours for a tire change and whelk alignment. They did not do the recalls or change the air filter as I had asked so I need to go back. Joshua was rude and insensitive. He lost track of time, so that my vehicle took even longer and had it worked on last even though it was not the last car to be brought in. I called the dealership to talk about this experience with the manager and I have not heard back from him yet. More

Quality of service has really gone down here. I’ve been a customer for 4 years and it’s impossible to reach anyone by phone. Had a 9am appt for an alignment and a warranty part to be replaced. Made it known I work and live in Eagle River so to possibly have it done early.
