In between our decision making, Josh continually listened & sent updates on potential cars that we might like. Recently, he sent many updates/videos on a car that we thought was the one, as the car was going through it's inspections. We realized that it was not the car for us & felt bad after all the work that he put in. Josh responded in a very gracious & understanding way. I trully hope we find a car through him. He deserves it for all of the hard work. Josh is a keeper for the Royal Subaru Dealership. More
