So overall the experience was very good. Buying a car is just a stressful experience and it really should not be. I felt we got a fair price but really no real way of knowing and that is just too bad and a drawback for the industry. I would recommend the guys who worked with us. I feel like they were fair and doing the best with what they had to offer. It’s just really the industry that makes me crazy. I think the whole industry could use as overhaul! More

Edge-of-tread tire puncture required tire replacement. Options reviewed. Decision to replace with a "shaved" new tire (would have taken 2-3 days) reversed upon closer examination of tread wear; purchased Options reviewed. Decision to replace with a "shaved" new tire (would have taken 2-3 days) reversed upon closer examination of tread wear; purchased new tire from inventory on hand for much better price than Carr Subaru (closer to home, but ~inferior service and price). The initial quote Clint provided was a much better deal than anything I'd haggled to get from the other dealerships. I never even had to bring up what other's had quoted. Clint was not interested in what other dealerships were doing instead on simply providing the best buying experience for his customer. I walked away with a car that I love and not an ounce of buyers remorse. If you want an overall great buying experience, I highly recommend Clint and the entire crew at Royal Moore. More
