I had a steep learning curve on the new electronic features which Juan was most helpful with. Juan was happy to schedule our meetings around my schedule which I also appreciated. I found both Juan and Jim Milam to be most professional. I am pleased with my purchase and Juan actually made it a fun experience for me which is what buying a new car should be. More
