Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I purchased both an Expedition and an Explorer from this dealership and dealt with repeated vehicle issues paired with an alarming lack of profession I purchased both an Expedition and an Explorer from this dealership and dealt with repeated vehicle issues paired with an alarming lack of professionalism. Most concerning was discovering an unauthorized maintenance plan added to my Expedition contract without my knowledge or consent, which I only uncovered later when reviewing my Explorer paperwork. The fact that something this significant could be added without disclosure completely eroded my trust. A dent repair was also handled poorly, initially not fixed correctly and ultimately made worse. When this was brought to the dealership’s attention, their attempt at “compensation” consisted of floor liners and free oil changes—an inadequate and frankly dismissive response given the inconvenience and the diminished quality of work. To top it off, during follow-up discussions, the Director of Finance made an unsolicited remark about the General Manager, stating that “he’s not one to hide from a conversation.” That comment felt particularly ironic given the consistent lack of accountability and transparency I experienced throughout this process. Between the ongoing issues, dismissive responses, and poor communication, it became clear that customer service was no longer a priority once the sale was complete. For vehicles at this price point, this level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone expecting professionalism or integrity. More

I recently purchased a Bronco from Randall Reed’s Planet Ford, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Hector Estrada reminds me of what it was like to buy a vehicle 15 years ago outstanding customer service makes you appreciate every interaction.
