Great dealership! I just purchased another new ford. This is my 8th Or 9th new vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. I tend to always get a different sales person which sucks because I hate to do the whole go back and forth BS because I always know what I want and what I’m willing to pay but I stick with the same finance person, Juan and always the same service guy, Nick! Kevin, the aftermarket guy is also great to work with! At the end of the day, I’m always satisfied!! More

Great Service till finance! Overall wonderful! We traded in two cars for one. This is my third time purchasing a vehicle from Planet Ford in Humble. Levi our salesman and Shawn with technology were wonderful. Highly recommend them. We were the last people to be helped and both guys never made me feel like I was bothering them or they were in a hurry to get home. Levi asked what I was looking for found a couple to look at pulled them up and let me take my time. Was not pushy, did not make me feel like I had to pick one. Wonderful experience! Finance wish I didn’t have to deal with them. He was spending my money telling me since you are losing a car payment you can take on an extra $100 on your new payments. That was annoying. You could tell that he was trying to hit his goal on sales products. As usual I had to haggle the payment that we had already agreed on. Finance is literally the reason I hate buying vehicles. More
