What bad is when you are promised one thing and you get another. Then you get treated disrespectfully by people that don’t even know you when you been going there for so many years and have bought so many another. Then you get treated disrespectfully by people that don’t even know you when you been going there for so many years and have bought so many cars in the same place. Sad how one bad situation can change everything. So NO! I will no longer buy my cars here after the way I was treated. And yes I can throw out some names, but I am not shady like that. Thank you. I bought a car two days ago. Luis Reyes greeted my son and I, as soon as we got out of the car. I was very specific in what I was looking for re: mileage, engine, and cost. Lui Luis Reyes greeted my son and I, as soon as we got out of the car. I was very specific in what I was looking for re: mileage, engine, and cost. Luis suggested a few cars, as we were walking back towards the cars that he knew were in my budget. He found a very nice car for me. He wasn't pushy at all which I really liked. He was laid back and basically was just there to answer questions. He had a great smile and a wonderful personality. I felt like he was somebody that I could work with. He ran a CARFAX for me and answered all of my questions. I decided to buy the car and he brought me to Juan Flores, who was also easy to work with and had a nice personality. I wasn't expecting to drive away in a car that day, but I did. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who needs a new or used car. Bravo!!! More
