Mack Haik had the best prices, which is why we came. Abel, our salesman, was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. There was no pressure from him or Scott in finance to purchase additional options. This was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. We did have issues with Wiloma (I believe is her name) in getting the spray bed liner and running boards. There was a delay with the running boards being delivered, which was out of her control. Our issue was not being notified until 6:45 the night before and, more importantly, her not bothering to have the bed liner installed. We decided to pick up our truck and are having both taken care of elsewhere. Our refund for both was handled without issue. The second key fob for our truck was misplaced. Abel was trying to find it when we arrived. He was unsuccessful. The general manager wanted to speak with us regarding the issues we were having. He graciously offered to buy our lunch while Abel worked with the service department to replicate a second key. Overall, it was a good experience. More
