Poor Poor Poor Even though my appointed was scheduled 3 weeks in advance, they did not have the parts. A 2 hour appointment took 4 days. I was not given the option of a loaner, nor was I given the option of getting my vehicle back, and rescheduling. They don't care about customers. More

Satisfaction They did a good job on repairs. They kept me well informed during the process. It was expensive but I have no reason to think it wasn’t in line with o They did a good job on repairs. They completed recall work that I had not been previously aware of. With some insistence on my part they did pay for a rental car when a loner was not available. More

Warranty Repair Busy location, made an appointment for 7:30 am vehicle didn't get taken in for repair until 50 minutes later knowing I was waiting. Was told loaner vehicles were available in a first come first serve and was told that morning none were available. Went in for a warranty repair and a leaky washer fluid reservoir which was one of the reasons I drove 45 minutes to get the repairs done. And was told had to order parts knowing that was the reson I was going in to begin with. More

The work area is clean and you can see the technicians working on your vehicle as they move along. They keep me up-to-date on what I need to know about my car and schedule things appropriately. The billing is fairly transparent so I can see exactly what they build for as well as know what's coming up as far as maintenance goes. I don't feel like they're trying to sell me something all the time that makes me feel good. It does also help that they are very friendly as a group and they work well with each Other. I have confidence in Corwin Ford. More

F150 visit #1 I was encouraged to bring my vehicle in the night before, for the department's convenience. I did so, so that I could get it back quickly. I didn't get a call by 1 PM, so I called to inquire, and was told I would get a call back after status was determined. After 1.5 hours, I called back and was told it would ready in 45 minutes. I arrived 1 hour later and waited 1 hour to get my vehicle. 2 days later my change oil notification was on my screen. Oil change was one of the services performed. More

8 Hours for a 30 minute test drive, $75 charge for no servic Awful experience. Dropped off Ford Escape at 8 a.m. for just a check of what was vibrating underneath. Around 11 I tried to call in and check on statu Awful experience. Dropped off Ford Escape at 8 a.m. for just a check of what was vibrating underneath. Around 11 I tried to call in and check on status - but spent two hours on the phone just getting bounced around trying to find someone who knew anything. Around 3 they finally called me back asking me to come in - all they had done at that point was take it on a 15 minute test drive. We went again, I pointed it out, and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Finally got my car and a $75 bill (for the half hour, plus a 10% fee that they said they add to everyones bill to clean rags) around 4. Horrible efficiency and customer service. When I asked why it took 2 to 3 hours to get someone on the phone they told me that was just the way it is there. More
