I am a Mom! I have 3 beautiful adult-children and 4 wonderful grandchildren. My hobbies are to spend as much time with them as possible. I love our family Sunday dinners. And I love the fact that the "family" may not be blood but family none the less. I love the career in which I chose. Being a service director for Lexus is, without a doubt, the best career change I have made. Treasure Coast Lexus allows me to treat my guests as if YOU were a guest in my own home. Came in to to get second key to vehicle bought in March 22. They also preformed 5000 mile service. Took over two hours. Asked to speak to tech because I had a couple of questions. Introduced to Hope. 22. They also preformed 5000 mile service. Took over two hours. Asked to speak to tech because I had a couple of questions. Introduced to Hope. Ask her to pair new key to vehicle. Said it could not be done. Only one key can be paired. Looked it up on line. Not true. Also asked her about AC functions. Given wrong Information. Found correct info on Computer. She might need some training, or she did feel like doing the Key. More
