I liked my salesperson (Jude). The dealership required a mark up over MSRP on my car because it was in low supply. They were upfront about that so fair play. I wasn’t crazy about the amount of the fees (comparing to a purchase from a dealer three years ago and even factoring in inflation impacts), but they were also transparent about that. Were we not in the supply situation we are in now, I might have pushed back harder on those points than I did. They treated me well and the process was relatively quick. When I had a question post purchase, they were quick to follow up. More

The dealership is under construction, even with that being the case I was treated in a very timely manner and felt very at ease in my experience. My level of comfortability increased due to the salesman being the case I was treated in a very timely manner and felt very at ease in my experience. My level of comfortability increased due to the salesman named Jude who helped me that day. He noticed my sense of confusion and respectfully guided me through the dealership without over aggressively pressuring me into a decision. Because of Jude I against Leasing another Ford and walked out with a brand new Honda! If you are looking for for a trustworthy car salesman who cares about your time, Jude is your guy ! More

The dealership is under renovations so it is not a welcoming place. It was very cold with no heat and when you have to wait for hours you don’t want to sit in a cold room watching the stock market rep welcoming place.
