Asked for a bottom line cash price on car, which they gave me. After leaving dealership for another appointment I got a phone call 10 minutes later telling me that they would give me an "internet quote". When I went back that day and told them I would trade in my car they came back with a number that I knew was $5,000 high. There were more dealer add-ons and they (without really looking at my trade in) low balled me on value of my car. Told sales manager price was too high and after several rounds of him telling me about what he could and couldn't do, I was ready to walk out. Just when I thought I was going to save a lot of money by NOT buying a car, the general manager told him to sell me the car for my price. It pays to negotiate and be willing to walk away. More

She fell in love with an immaculate used 2013 Red Sonata Limited. Julian Foldes was super nice, showed us all of the features on the car, took us for a test drive, and made her a good deal; no muss or fuss Ian over in Finance covered everything clearly and quickly and was great to work with. Having bought many cars for myself and my wife over the years I have to say that this was the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had from greeting when we first arrived, to the sale, to the delivery of the vehicle.
