Job Well Done! I needed to get my wife into a more comfortable and affordable vehicle beyond our 2005 Jeep Wrangler. Ibrahim and Julian were able to explain and dem I needed to get my wife into a more comfortable and affordable vehicle beyond our 2005 Jeep Wrangler. Ibrahim and Julian were able to explain and demonstrate (via test drive) purchased pre-owned 2013 Hyundai to me and my wife. Both, as well as Jimmy, were clear in explaining the wrap-around warranty that we purchased in that it extended beyond and added to both the coverage time (year) and current mileage of the vehicle. This was important to know that the vehicle was covered "bumper to bumper" like a new purchase with an additional 100K miles beyond the 45K miles already on the car and began on the purchase date beyond the original start-date year (2013) of the vehicle. Ibrahim said he would call and schedule to have the rear bumper painted, provide a spare, and line up a rental - he kept his word and called promptly at the start of the week for a scheduled service visit. Ibrahim, Jimmy and Julian as a team committed to the success of the customer and the dealer. Jimmy needs to be commended additionally for allowing the customer to talk directly with the "desk" concerning pricing, payment, trade-in and warranty issues. More

Beyond expectations!! For the second time in six months, we purchased a Hyundai from Earnhardt... We were blessed to meet our salesman Drew as soon as we walked in. Our ex For the second time in six months, we purchased a Hyundai from Earnhardt... We were blessed to meet our salesman Drew as soon as we walked in. Our experience in July was so amazing that we never thought we'd ever have a better experience than we had then, but we would soon find that to be wrong. Unfortunately our July salesman Julian was busy with another customer but he took five minutes to find us an amazing salesman in Drew. Within the next fifteen minutes Drew had assessed our trade in and found out exactly what we're hoping to purchase. After that we were in the lot looking for the perfect Santa Fe Sport to fill all our needs. All it took was one test drive to know exactly what we wanted. Drew was so knowledgeable about all the new technology and features in the new Santa Fe! Next came the dreaded negotiations but that time never happened! We went inside and were able to come to an agreement in a very short time. Drew actually had us laughing about the breakdowns of pricing. He has a great sense of humor and sense of professionalism. He made us feel like family and the rest of our experience went very smooth. As we got into our new Santa Fe Sport to drive home, drew spent another 30 minutes explaining all the features and even linked both of our iPhones to the blue tooth!! Amazing experience. We highly recommend Drew...he will make your car purchasing experience a piece of cake. We will never go to any other dealership EVER. Thank you amazing Earnhardt family!! More
