First walked in was greeted by reception and she seeked a salesperson Julio. Great personality and very patient. I specifically went to buy the Platinum Quartz Preferred model. A couple beat me to the only one on the lot. Julio mentioned one availabe at their other South location. My hubby convinced to get a Blue car because is what he liked. David at finance was quick and friendly conversations. Well that night when finally my mind was relaxed I cried, it is not the color I preferred. Text Julio Christmas Day and he replied no problem we can make it happen. He was not available Dec 26th but made sure I was assisted. Doug text me to come right over that he will have my preferred car picked up and ready. He just wants me to be Happy and satisfied. He greeted me and had Julian finish up the sale whom also went to bring my car from the other location. Thank you Julian, he also took my picture with the Big Red Bow I asked for. Lol. It’s been a long process of finding the right car and navigating dealerships. I was able to go in and just test drive the car without obligation to talk numbers. I was in and out in 30 minutes, which hadn’t happened at any other dealership I visited. Julian was fantastic and incredibly thorough with explaining the car and the process. The cars are the best priced out there right now and we were able to negotiate my trade-in (within reason, of course) to get the OTD price I really wanted. I was able to walk in the day after my test drive and signed the first paper within 30 minutes. Rod was also very helpful with explaining additional warranties without pressure to add them, just gave his basic recommendations. Less than 3 hours total spent there on purchase day and no headache! Thank you Julian and everyone at Sport Mazda North who made this such a painless and easy process. I can’t recommend these guys enough! More
