I’m Julie Adams, a Subaru Encore Delivery Specialist since 2005, and I’ve truly found my niche here at Subaru of Gwinnett. As a proud Subaru owner since 2014, I’ve owned three Outbacks and currently drive a 2025 Outback Limited and a 2014 Forester. Originally from Texas, I moved to Georgia in 1995 and have enjoyed over 30 years in the automotive industry. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, my eight dogs, and nine chickens. I’m also passionate about giving back—volunteering with Planned Pethood outreach clinics and serving as a Subaru Ambassador at Hopkins Elementary School. Being part of the Subaru family allows me to combine my love for cars, animals, and community service. This isn’t just a job for me—it’s a way to share the Subaru spirit of adventure, care, and connection.

I had explained that I was leaving the dealership to drive to Michigan. I was assured that service would be prompt. I was instructed that I would receive a text upon completion, kept checking and gett drive to Michigan. I was assured that service would be prompt. I was instructed that I would receive a text upon completion, kept checking and getting a prompt that my car was still being serviced. Finally got tired off waiting and went to the front where I saw my car. The work had been completed for some time. The person that I had signed in with, was sitting at her desk joking and laughing with other representatives. When I asked about my car, and pointed to it. She shrugged and said, "my bad." The new service department is impressive. The service advisor and others I interacted with were friendly and answered all of my questions. The service took a little longer than expected, but they also washed my car at the end of it. More
