I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
After keeping my car for almost a month, they tried to charge me $400 just for a diagnostic without ever informing me of the price upfront. They were
After keeping my car for almost a month, they tried to charge me $400 just for a diagnostic without ever informing me of the price upfront. They were quick to tell me that my warranty didn’t cover a repair, but completely failed to mention that they would bill me such a ridiculous fee just to “check” the issue.
On top of that, they performed an oil change and didn’t even bother to refill the coolant/water, which is basic maintenance. When I finally got the car back, the driver’s seat was covered in grease marks from the mechanic — absolutely unacceptable.
This entire experience showed a lack of communication, respect, and professionalism. If you value transparency and quality service, stay far away from this place.
