Service snafu I recently bought a Nissan Altima (2015) from your dealership. I had to take it back because after heavy rain fell one weekend I saw some leakage com I recently bought a Nissan Altima (2015) from your dealership. I had to take it back because after heavy rain fell one weekend I saw some leakage coming from the "passenger pillar". Took it back to have the problem taken care of. Yasmin (form service dept,.)worked with me to have the problem resolved. I had to make serveral trips. Eventally it got fixed, so far I haven't seen any leaking, but i'll contine to monitor. More

High Pressure Tactics!!!!!! I did buy the car I wanted after having been there 6 hours. NOT OK!! Pressured to purchase extended warranty on the spot. No reason for that, don' I did buy the car I wanted after having been there 6 hours. NOT OK!! Pressured to purchase extended warranty on the spot. No reason for that, don't waste your time or money. My salesman was fine. To much waiting around for paperwork to be completed. They really need to tell you ahead of time. I found this to be a lack of respect. Had I known, I would have come back the next day to get the car. I asked for a printout of car inspection record (not state inspection) and they were not able to provide it on the spot. More

Long & lacked communication Overall Willam did a great job being patient selling us the car we wanted. The process turned out to be a 8 hour process way longer than planned. As I was pulling off the lot I realized one tired pressure was slightly lower than the others I didn’t bother saying anything because I was there so long. When I tried to drive it that next morning it I had a flat tire already. I soon realized there was nail in there tire something they had to have been aware about before the purchase. I got it patched up immediately. Next, on my way to getting the tired fixed from Mavis I realized that the air conditioning did not work. I was furious because I spent all day there and it was revitlvily new car. I tried calling multiple times to get the situation handled and I got no response. Finally my mom took my car to the dealership for me because I live in another state. They were able to fix the car, but there was no update as well as not communication regarding when the car could be ready. Every time I tried to call I got no response. So my mom had to keep going to back everyday to check on the car. Finally they gave her the keys to the car and told her “ it’s on the lot” basically insinuating she had to go find it herself. She realizes that there a car parked in front of it and it took them more than 30 minutes to help her adress this situation. Overall we did not have good experience at this dealership I am happy with my car of choice though. I would recommend better communication for each sale. Instead of just trying to sell a car making sure all goes well with each individual person. More
