Just purchased a 2023 QX60 from Infiniti of Birmingham and I love my new car!! Our salesperson was Tiffany Williams. Tiffany thank you for making our purchase such a pleasure!! We appreciate your help and knowledge about the cars you are selling. You are amazing and were so dedicated to helping us get the vehicle we wanted. There were no high pressure sales or BS! Had enough of that at other dealerships. Also a big thank you all around to Timberly Green the Finance Manager, Mark Mitchell the General Sales Manager and Julius Robinson the Sales Manager. Each of you had a hand in making our purchase such a pleasure!! Every single person we came in contact with or even passed by was so friendly and extremely nice. Even after buying our car I have been back and it's the most welcoming experience I've ever had at any other dealership. They know what matters and it's not being friendly in the moment until you make a sale, but building a relationship with your customers and keeping them happy with their purchase. Kudos to Infinity of Birmingham for knowing how to get repeat customers and good word of mouth! They STILL care about that!! More
