The dealer is always clean, neat and the staffs are friendly. Also, the waiting area is very comfortable along with accommodations such as coffee and water while waiting for the car service. Last week, our work schedules were very hectic to make an appointment on time for an oil change and other services for our RAV4. As always, Juljan was not hesitant but was also happy to accept our request for car services at the last minute. He took time to listen to my husband's requests and suggested what needed to be done for our car. Juljan never fails us! Shem also worked diligently on that day to finish the services on time. My husband and I are so grateful that we can count on Juljan for his expertise and willingness whenever we need services for our cars. Car went in for oil change and multipoint inspection. A few items were noted none of which included an issue with the battery. We got the car home, went to use it later and it was dead. The terminals were visually corroded and the battery was found to be old. Obviously the inspection was not very thorough. Not for anything , under the hood we found were leaves on the vents. No one bothered to remove as a courtesy. I don’t feel the car was reviewed closely and it is older so a good evaluation was expected. More
