2 hours 15 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation when I was second in line at 7 am is too long. $ 1000 in “recommended service” that doesn’t match factory recommendations for 28,000 miles is also a when I was second in line at 7 am is too long. $ 1000 in “recommended service” that doesn’t match factory recommendations for 28,000 miles is also a bit much. Treated well by my service advisor but I’m not likely to return. Also I’m being told I need to rate several people I had no contact with to complete the survey. Frustrating to the end. More
