In my opinion Walker Ford is the best dealership in the state of Florida from everybody on the front lines in the service department I felt like I was at home. Five Stars for Walker Ford Parts and Service From arrival to departure my experience was very positive. The check-in and check-out process was very efficient. I personally interacted with Ken Ada From arrival to departure my experience was very positive. The check-in and check-out process was very efficient. I personally interacted with Ken Adams in Parts, Justin Boczar and Doug Wilder in Service. Everyone was personable, courteous, professional, proficient and efficient. In fact, every Walker Ford employee I encountered was courteous and professional. The estimated time for completion of my service was right on the money and the cost of the service was well within reason. The bottom line is they delivered what was promised. I was there about 4 hours and found the customer waiting room clean and comfortable. Great job Walker Ford. I will be back. More

Great service I had neglected to get my oil changed for over 6000 miles and as a Walk-In, I knew it would take some time. Out of there with "The Works" package in I had neglected to get my oil changed for over 6000 miles and as a Walk-In, I knew it would take some time. Out of there with "The Works" package in just over 60 min. Always a pleasure to be treated so well even without an appointment!! Have personally know the Walker's for 25+ years and have NEVER been disappointed with them or their business. More
